George W. Strevig & Sons has been serving Littlestown and the surrounding communities since March of 1957.  George W. Strevig started his business operating out of his house and his mother's small barn.  In the fall of 1957, his son, Ron, began working with his father.  George's son, Dwight, began working for his father in 1967. George and his sons officially became a partnership in 1976 and George retired in 1979.  Ron and Dwight continued their partnership until January 1987 when they incorporated the business.  The company has seen many changes and growth over the years.  One of those changes occurred on May 31, 2001, when Dwight and his wife Cheryl, purchased Ron's portion of the business.   Ron will be employed as an estimator with the company and is looking forward to his semi-retirement.  Dwight and Cheryl will continue the tradition of Strevig Plumbing and live by George's motto of "Doing the job right the first time."
